Site Maintenance
If you are a small company and do not have a full time webmaster or do not have the time or knowledge to manage your website content/information yourself, you can take advantage of our Monthly Maintenance Plans.
Maintenance plans cover written content updates, writing, rewriting and creating meta keyword and content tags plus optimizing your content to work with your tags for relevant natural search, phone support and face to face meetings in our office. They can also be applied to us meeting you in your office, however there is an additional $10.00 trip charge plus 50 cents per mile for any travel over 5 miles.
Our maintenance rates are $75.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. We do not provide maintenance plan rates after the fact unless you are on our quarterly service plan ($350.00).
We can also create a custom maintenance plan for larger ongoing projects upon request. MMPs can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at anytime by contacting us. MMPs are non-refundable prepaid plans that must be contracted in advance of a project beginning and cannot be applied to new designs, startup sites, image editing or programming. They can be purchased/applied to sites that are needing major content changes.
